  Heartbeat’s therapeutic services include Back in the Saddle Warriors, a successful equine-assisted therapy program. Our Scuba Warriors program offers a healing activity in a pain-free environment. Heartbeat covers the costs. Watch a report from KING 5 News: Scuba Warriors deal with war's after-effects underwater.

• Emergency Assistance Program

  The Emergency Assistance Program for wounded warriors and their families IN WA STATE provides funds for life’s unexpected events and critical needs. Heartbeat responds within 72 hours.

• Morale-Building Programs

  

  Our seven morale-building programs help wounded warriors and families heal emotionally and physically. These heart-felt events are opportunities for Heartbeat and our donors to show how much we care.

National Day of Caring - Friday September 24th!
Heartbeat is reaching out to local business and organizations to help show their support by volunteering for the National Day of Caring! Set up donation drives at work to help Heartbeat reach their goal of items needed to fill Stockings for the Wounded Warriors at Christmas!

Back In The Saddle Warriors this summer
We need volunteers who have worked or been around horses and are familiar with them. It is an awesome cutting edge program!

Heartbeat volunteers helping with:

• Carnival & Picnic (Battalion Organization Day) Friday, August 6th, for wounded warriors 9-4

• WTB Newcomer Orientation Dinner July 21st & Aug 18th for new wounded warrior families. Heartbeat provides this dinner each month.
